 Q2: Can I try the software before purchasing?
   Yes. You can download the software you like from our website, and then install it. Please ignore the registration request , and just click the close button. There
   will be the time limit in the trial version.


  Q3: There is download and install problem with the download link you sent me.
   If you can not download the software or get an error that says something like "The setup files are corrupt", please go to our download page to download the

  Q7: I download the trial version but convert my file not intactly."why"?
   It is normal.The trial version has some limitions so that you can not convert your file intactly.After ordering, It can remove all the limitions and it can convert intactly at
   the best quality and fast speed!

  Q8: If there is problem when using the software,what should you send to us?
   Please send the name of the software and version you used to buy as well as your order id to us so that we can solve your problem effectively.
   If the problem you met is complex,we advise you to send us the "log"file which is in the installing folder or the picture of the error.

  Q9: Can not add files or can not play or can not convert,how to do?

   It can solve the problem that it can not convert or play FLV format file etc.

  Q10: Can not add RM file or play RM file?
   You can download and install XP Codec Pack:http://www.agoodconverter.com/Codec/XP-Codec-Pack-234.exe

  Q11: MOV file not supported?
   Please make sure you have install QuickTime Codecs:http://www.agoodconverter.com/Codec/quicktimealt.exe.

  Q12: I need to re-register after I re-install the software?
   No, you don't have to re-enter your registration info. Our software will memory you registration status.
